Dear Mr. Shucter:
Pursuant to our conversation of October 18, this letter will confirm our request to delay our annual audit of the Diablo Canyon Conttnoency P1an until the first quarter.of 1986.
We normally conduct this audit during the latter part of the year, and anticipated completing it before the end of 1985.
We are unable to meet this commitment at this time due to the extensive resources being committed to the ongoing drug investigation which we are currently conducting at Diablo Canyon.
As I stated, we anticipate completing our Contingency Plan audit durina the first quarter of 1986 and then will resume our normal audit schedule with bur 1986 Contingency Plan audit completed by the end of calendar year 1986.
