The report was created in the electronic format specified in Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 4, "Instruct ions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Rad iat ion Dose Data." The data file, " NRC20220412.dat," was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
