Dear Ms. Spaulding:
Pacific Gas & Electric Company Letter DCL-04-054, dated April 28, 2004, submitted the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Physical Security Plan, which included the DCPP Training & Qualification Plan, per NRC Order dated April 29, 2003. On July 9, 2004, the NRC issued a letter requesting additional information related to the Training & Qualification Plan. The enclosure to this letter provides the response to the NRC letter of July 9, 2004.
This response is hereby submitted in conformance with 10 CFR 50.4. If you have any questions, please contact me or Ronald Todaro at (805) 545-4309.
