SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTION Six months ending June 30, 2004 Activities associated with the Fitness for Duty Program were performed without significant incidents. Revisions to the Fitness for Duty Training were implemented. The percentage rate of random drug testing for the first half of 2004 was 68%.
