REPORT OF CHANGES TO THE CYBER SECURITY PLAN (REVISION 2)
Dear Sir or Madam:
Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) hereby submits as specified in 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4) a report of changes contained in Revision 2 of the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) Units 1 and 2 Cyber Security Plan (CSP). The changes were evaluated per 10 CFR 50.54(p) and the assessment determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the CSP; therefore, the Plan revision was made effective on October 29, 2019.
The attachment to this letter provides a description of each change to the CSP. The attachment is designated as security related information (SRI) and should be withheld in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
A copy of Revision 2 of the cyber security plan is included as an enclosure with this letter. The enclosure is designated as SRI and should be withheld in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPNPP Units 1 and 2 and the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Facility.
