In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(w), Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) hereby submits the attached summary report of the level and source of on-site property damage insurance coverage for Comanche Peak as of April 1, 2017. The level of coverage maintained is in excess of the $1.06 billion as required by 10CFR50.54(w).
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding Comanche Peak Units 1 and2.
