Dear Sir or Madam:
In various letters to the NRC staff, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted relaxation requests to certain requirements of NRC Order EA-03-009 for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2)1 and Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (Waterford 3)2. These subject requests are applicable to the control element drive mechanism (CEDM) and in-core instrumentation (ICI) nozzles.
By this letter Entergy acknowledges that these relaxation requests are applicable only for ANO-2 refueling outage 2R16 and Waterford 3 refueling outage RF12.
This letter contains no new commitments.
