This submittal provides the Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (PEC) response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2003-14, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations" for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The enclosed NRC Form 536, "Operator licensing Examination Data," provides a proposed operator licensing examination schedule, the estimated number of applicants to be tested, and a proposed generic fundamentals examination schedule for calendar years 2004 through 2007.
