t MEETING FREQUENCY 6.5.4.4 The SNRB shall meet at least once per calender year.
QUORUM 6.5.4.5 A quorum of SNRB shall consist of the Chairman or his designated alternate and four SNRB members. No more than a minority of the quorum shall have line responsibility for operation of the Station.
REVIEW 6.5.4.6 The SNRB shall function as an independent review body and shall review:
Proposed changes in Section 6.0 of these Technical Specifications or a.
Licenses ccreon to all unts.
b.
Any indication of an unanticipated deficiency in scrne aspect of design or operation of safety related structures, systems or ccmponents ccumon to all Units.
c.
Feports and meeting minutes of the SORC.
AUDITS 6.5.4.7 Audice of site activities shall be performed under the cognizance of the SNRB. These audits shall enccrnpass:
a.
The performance of activities required by the Quality Assurance Program to meet the criteria of Appendix "B",
10CFR50, at least cmco per 24 months.
b.
The Site Dnergency Plan and implementing procedures at least once per 24 months.*
c.
'Ihe Site Security Plan and implementating procedures at least once pec 24 rnonths.*
d.
The Fire Protection Program and implementing procedures at least once per 24 months.
e.
The fire protection equipnent and program implementation at least once per 12 rnonths utilizing either a qual.ified offsite licensee fire protection engineer or an outside independent fire protection consultant. An outside independent fire protection consultant shall be used at least every third year.

- Annual audits of the Dnergency Plan and the Security Plan are also performed to satisfy the additional requirements to 10 CFR 50.54(t) and 10 CFR 73.40(d),
respectively. These annual audits may be used to satisfy the requirements contained in the Technical Specifications.

The performance of activities required by the quality control section of Regulatory Guide 1.21, Rev.1, June 1974, and Regulatory Guide 4.1, Rev.1, April 1975, at lease once per 12 months.

ADMINISTR ATIVE CONTROLS AUDITS 6.5.2.8 Audits of facility acts.ities shall be performed under the cognizance of the NRB. These audits shall encompass:
a.
The conformance of facility operation to all provisions contained within the Technical Specifications and applicable license conditions at least once per year.
b.
The performance, training and qualifications of the entire facility staff at least once per year.
c.
The results of all actions taken to correct deficiencies occurring in facility equipment, structures, systems or method of operation that affect nuclear safety at least once per six months.
d.
The performance of activities required by the Quality Assurance Program to meet the criteria of Appendix "B",10 CFR Part 50, et e
least once per two years.
e.
The Facility Emergency Plan and implementing procedures at least once per two years.
f.
The Facility Security Plan and implementing procedures at least once per two years.
g.
Any other area of facility operation considered appropriate by the NRB or the Senior Vice President - Nuclear Engineering and Operations.
h.
The Facility Fire Protection Program and implementing procedures at least once per two years.

AUTHORITY 6.5.2.9 The NRB shall report to and advise the Senior Vice President - Nuclear Engineering and Operations on those areas of responsibility specified in Section 6.5.2.7 and 6.5.2.8. Meeting minutes may be used for this purpose.
