Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC), doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc. hereby withdraws Relief Request #08-001-IT, Revision 0, "Pump Suction Pressure Instrument Accuracy," which is included in the referenced Inservice Testing (IST) Program, Ten-Year Update. During the review of an NRC request for additional information received by electronic mail on February 12, 2008, the determination was made that Relief Request #08-001-IT, Revision 0, is not required for implementation of the next Inservice Testing Program Ten-Year interval.
