Dear Sir:

Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is submitting the attached report in accordance with Improved Technical Specification (ITS) 5.7.1.1(a). The report provides the man-rem radiation exposures to personnel at Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) according to work and job function.

The radiation exposure report required by 10 CFR 20.2206(b) was submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(c) to the NRC's REIRS Project Manager by FPC letter (3F0496-31), dated Aril 22, 1996.
