Dear Sir:
Reference for 50.83 Partial Site Release" (ADAMS Accession No. ML19079A274)
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.83(b ), Duke Energy Florida, LLC (DEF), submitted a revised reference for 50.83 Partial Site Release to remove a portion of the site from the Crystal River Nuclear Plant (CR3) Part 50 license (License No. DPR-72) (Reference 1 ). to the above-mentioned submittal included a computer disk (CD) containing the non-NRC references. On this CD, document 15 (CR-SC-RPT-001 Final Report Rev 1) contained proprietary information marking on certain pages. This document has been redacted to remove the proprietary marking and is being resubmitted again as non-proprietary., of this letter, contains the CD with the new revised document.
This correspondence contains no new regulatory commitments.
