FPC letter to NRC, 3F1196-26, dated November 27, 1996 (MCAP II Submittal, Rev.1)
Dear Sir:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm our understanding of discussions which took place during our February 12, 1997, Restart Panel meeting at Crystal River Unit 3.
At that meeting, we advised you that, because of the impact and priority of the restart effort, we would revise MCAP II action item completion dates.
By April 30, 1997, we will provide Revision 2 of MCAP II, which will include revised completion dates that reflect the impact of the restart effort.
