Dear Sir or Madam:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(3) regarding onsite property damage insurance, ADP CR3 , LLC ,

hereby submits information regarding the present level and source of onsite property damage insurance for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant. This information is required to be submitted to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission by April 1 of each year.

Insured Site - Crystal River Company: Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited Policy No.: P20-081 (renewal date August 1, 2021)

Limits: $50,000,000 1 The insurance maintained is provided through a policy purchased by Duke Energy Florida, LLC .

Reference 1 provided notification to the NRC that ADP CR3 , LLC and ADP SF1 , LLC were added to the policy written for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments .
