| Description | TS 3.7.12 required that two trains of the Auxiliary Building Gas Treatment System (ABGTS) be operable in Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4 and during movement of irradiated fuel assemblies in the fuel handling area. Contrary to this, on May 28, 2009 the A train of ABGTS was found to be inoperable, and on May 30, 2009 the B train was also found to be inoperable. This was identified in the licensees CAP as PER 164765. This finding is of very low safety significance because it only represented a degradation of the radiological barrier function provided for the auxiliary building |
