Description

TS 3.4.3 requires that at least nine SRVs shall be operable in operating modes 1, 2, and 3. Contrary to this, on June 8,2011, Entergy personnel identified that the plant had operated in these modes during Cycle 19 with less than nine operable SRVs. Entergy personnel documented this condition in CR-JAF-2O1 1-0301 1 . The inspectors determined this TS violation was of very low safety significance (Green) because it did not result in the loss of the overpressure relief safety function based on operability of the electric lift system.
