If Condition A is not met, Condition C actions C.1.1 and C.1.2 require that the reactor building ventilation system be isolated and the standby gas treatment system be placed in operation within one hour. FitzPatrick staff identified that, contrary to the above, on January 11, 2011, the TS LCD Condition A required action was not completed within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of having made the \'A\' refueling floor exhaust radiation monitor inoperable, and that the Condition C required actions C.1.1 and C.1.2 were not subsequently completed within one hour. The inspectors determined this TS violation was of very low safety significance (Green) because it represented only a degradation of the radiological barrier function provided for the secondary containment, as discussed in Inspection Manual Chapter 0609.04, Initial Screening and Characterization of Findings.
