Reference:

Letter from TVA to NRC, License Event Report 327/2011-004, "Reactor Trip as a Result of a Loss of a Preferred Inverter," dated September 19, 2011 The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC of a change in the submittal schedule for the supplemental report for License Event Report 327/2011-004. The reference letter provided the licensee event report and an expected supplemental report submittal date of November 4, 2011.

The root cause of the event is still being evaluated. Due to the need for additional evaluation and reviews, the expected submittal date of the supplemental report is changed to December 16, 2011.
