in accordance with Technical Specification Appendix B, Section 2.4, "pH", and Section 5.6.2.c, "Nonradiological Non-Routine Reports",

the Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby submits a ten-day report of Reportable Occurrence 81-42.

j During a review of plant efflent records for the month of August, it was determined that the pH 'in8 t had been violated on four days. The Plant Review Committee reviewed this occurrence.

i recurring nature of this problem, the PRC decided to ccmpile all previous pH limit violations, togeth.c with all previous PRC recom-mendations, and turn the problem over to the Management Safety Revier.
