in accordance with Technical Specification Section 6.9.4.2.b, and in response to a request from H. Canter, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby submits Revision 1 of the thirty-day report of Reportable Occurrence 81-35 On June 25, performance of SP 206.03A, Diesel Generator A Synchronization Test, on Diesel Generator G886A, re.vealed unstable operation caused by low governor oil level. Oil was added and the generator operated p rope rl y.

The low oil level was apparent'y caused by a slow leak, as no significant spilled oil was found.

Operations has added an item to their shift surveil ?ance to check the governor oil level. The gove rnor, a Woodward model EG-B 13C, will be replaced by the end of the next refueling.
