| Description | 10 CFR 50.65(a)(4), requires in part, that before performing maintenance activities, the licensee shall assess and manage the increase in risk that may result from the proposed maintenance activity. Contrary to the above, on November 12-13, 2009, the licensee altered the evaluated work sequence for restoring the Unit 2J safety bus and 2A battery and DC electrical buses without re-evaluating the risk. This event was documented in the licensees corrective action program as CR 357883. The finding is of very low safety significance (Green) because the change in risk had existed for only a short period of time prior to being corrected. |
