As defined by Technical Specifications for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Section 6.7.B.1, we are submitting the attached follow up report to LER 83-1/IP.

This follow up report is designated LER 83-1/lT.

Please note in our original submittal the valves were erroneously numbered V-16-19-20 and 22B. The correct number for t:1ese valves is SB16-20-20 and 22B. The correct valve numbers are used in this report.
