- 1999, LER 50-260/199901, Automatic Reactor, Scram Due To A Turbine Trip, was submitted.
It was subsequently discovered that the LER number was in error. in that it duplicated an LER that was submitted on April 7, 1999.
As a result of this error, the June 14, 1999, report numbered 50-260/1999001 should be deleted'nd replaced with the enclosed report numbered 50-260/1999003.,
The enclosed report includes revision bars showing the revised L'ER number and the added explanation in the abstract.
The LER submitted on April 7, 1999, titled, Two Trains of
.Standby Gas Treatment Inoperable, will remain LER 50-260/1'999001.
The enclosed report provides details concerning an automatic reactor scram on Unit 2 from 100 percent power that resulted from a turbine trip during routine testing.
All.plant safety

This report is submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73 (a)(2)(iv) as an event that resulted in an automatic actuation of an engineered safety feature, including the reactor protection system.
