TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - DOCKET NO. 50-260 - FAC-ILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCC'JRRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-260/81059 The enclosed report provides detalis concerning reactor low-pressure switches No. 1 of PS-3-74A and PS-68-95 (recirculation discharge valve closure) which were found out of technical specification limits by 0.68 percent and 0.59 percent respectively during performance of Surveillance Instruction 4.2.B-7.

This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 2 Technical Specification 6.7.2.a(5).
