SUBJECT:

SHUTDOWN GREATER THAN 72 HOURS DUE TO INCREASED PRIMARY COOLANT LEAKAGE This preliminary notification (PN) provides an update to PNO-II-14-006 which addressed an August 3, 2014, Unit 2 shutdown due to indications of increased primary leakage.

The licensee repaired the two leaks in the Unit 2 drywell that caused an increase in unidentified leakage and required a unit shutdown for their repair.
