I find all of the draft change pages to be correct and consistent with our amendment request dated December 15, 2014 as supplemented. I also confirm that the "and" was missing from the last sentence of TS 6.1.3 and should be added.

Draft of UNM AGN Research Reactor License Amendment No. 5 Good afternoon Bob, Attached is a draft copy of License Amendment No. 5 for the University of New Mexico (UNM) research reactor, including the draft license and Technical Specification (TS) change pages.
I would request that you please review this draft, and confirm by response to this email whether the draft change pages (including the wording of all proposed TSs) are correct and consistent with UNM's amendment request dated December 15, 2014, as supplemented.
In addition, the NRC staff noted that UNM's proposed wording for TS 6.1.3, "Reactor Administrator," appears to be missing an "and," in that "[-] procedures governing facility operation; submits the annual report to NRC," should read "[-] procedures governing facility operation; and submits the annual report to NRC."
The NRC staff has added the "and" to TS 6.1.3 in the attached draft, but I would also request that you please confirm that the "and" was missing from TS 6.1.3 and should be added.
