Multiplepackage shipments should be numbered sequentially within sets with thepackage containing the signed original(s) clearly designated.

'-IEnclosure 2ALTERNATIVES FOR SUBMITTAL OF HARD COPIESCa) Copy Requirements -Submittal requirements may be met by thefollowing :C1) For documents other than drawings, maps or-photographs, if fewerthan ten coptes are requtred CU.e., reports as noted in RegulatoryGuide 10.1, Revision 4), one signed ortginal and one mastermicrofiche may be submitted. The Document Control Desk shouldalways receive any microfiche submitted.(2) For documents other than drawings, maps or photographs, if morethan forty copies are required, one master microfiche may be submittedin lieu of paper copies in excess of forty.C31 Copy requirements for computer output may be met by submittingone hard copy and one master microfiche.(41 Copy requirements for large Clarger than 11 x 17) engineering drawingsor maps may be met By submitting four hard coptes and one masteraperture card assuming no information is lost (e.g., color codes,etc.).(C51 All requirements may he met by the submission of all the requiredhard copies.(b) Microform Speci-fications -Microftche and aperture cards, if used forsubmittal purposes, should conform to the following specifications:(1). MicroficheCit Microfiche containing source documentation should conform tothe NMA Type 1 format CANSI/NMA MS.51 consisting of 98 framesarranged in 7 rows and 14 columns.Wiii The reduction ratio should be 24:1 for all microfiche.Ctitt The microfiche should be standard 148mm x 105mm.Civ) The microfiche should be silver-halide master placed inindividual acid free envelope.Cvl The microfiche should be titled in the following manner: thefirst line should contain, from left to right, the NRC Docketnumber, Report Name, Revtston level and date. The second lineshould contain, from left to right, the original documentdate, report name (cont.), and fiche sequence (e.g., 01 of 09).Three or four lines-may Be used for title information asnecessary.
