By letter dated April 1, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML25092A022), Framatome Inc., submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10323, Revision 1, Supplement 1P, Revision 0, One GALILEO Fuel Rod Thermal-Mechanical Methodology for Pressurized Water Reactors, for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval. On August 28, 2025 (ML25210A207), the NRC staff conducted a virtual audit of TR ANP-10323, Revision 1, Supplement 1P, Revision 0, to discuss the NRC staffs questions provided in the audit plan and for an overview of the TR to get clarification on the proposed methodology, process and calculations. The audit provided additional information to support the NRC staffs review and development of the safety evaluation. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the audit report.
