Dear Mr. Palm:
By email dated September 16, 2025 (ML25273A177), I notified you of the NRC staffs acceptance review results for the subject request. In that email, I indicated that we could complete our review by December 19, 2025. However, due to the government shutdown, we are extending the expected completion date to January 30, 2026. Our estimated level of effort remains the same as previously communicated.
