organizational structure, the training programs employed, emergency plans, review and audit activities, plant procedures, the industrial security program, and the risk informed categorization and treatment process employed at the plant.

13.1 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE APPLICANT Refer to Section 13.1 of the Site Addendum.

13.2 TRAINING Refer to Section 13.2 of the Site Addendum.

13.3 EMERGENCY PLANNING The emergency plans will adequately provide for the health and safety of the public during and following plant emergencies. These plans meet the elements required by Appendix E of 10 CFR 50 and Paragraph 50.34 of 10 CFR 50. Refer to Section 13.3 of the Site Addendum.

13.4 REVIEW AND AUDIT Refer to Section 13.4 of the Site Addendum.
