UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 Docket Nos. 50-18 50-70 50-73 50-183 70-754 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-11 AMENDMENT NO. 24 Effective March 14, 2025, Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 between GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 21, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

The name GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC, is deleted wherever it appears in the indemnity agreement.

Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified as follows:

Item 1 - Licensee NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC Address 370 7th Avenue, Suite 1803 New York, NY 10001 In light of the above, Indemnity Agreement No. B-11 is between NorthStar Vallecitos, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
