The submittal is acceptable for review. We discussed this and its similarity to the recently issued Relief issued the end of January regarding the temporary relief. Mr. Poehler cited some recent industry experience during the call. This email will be put in ADAMS to document the acceptability to begin a review and RAIs are possible in the course of the review.
