During the effective term of the current license, the applicant has discharged their licensed responsibilities competently and safely for H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant (HBRSEP),
Unit No. 2; The completed and signed Personal Qualification Statement - Licensee (NRG Form 398) and Certification of Me:idical Examination by Facility Licensee (NRG Form 396) are provided in Attachments II and Ill, respectively, for this individual.
In accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390(a)(6), Duke Energy Progress, LLC requests that the information in the attachments be withheld from public disclosure, since the disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
