The Comission has filed the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Modi-fication to Facilities' Spent Fuel Storage Pool" with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
This notice relates to your request of January 15, 1980, regarding modification of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Spent Fuel Storage Pool to permit a total of 1,760 fuel assemblies to be stored in lieu of 1,368 fuel assemblies as proposed by your application of July 3,1979.
Your July 3,1979, application was the subject of a FEDERAL REGISTER Notice issued July 30, 1979.
