The construction permit authorizes the Arkansas Power & Light Company to construct a pressurized water nuclear reactor designated as the Russellville Nuclear Unit on the Company's site in Pope County, Arkansas.
The construction permit has been issued pursuant to the Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board. A copy of the decision has already been cent to you.
