The inspection involved 76 inspectors-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
The inspection began during an off shift period; 18 of 76 inspector-hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the twelve areas examined during the inspection except for the follow-ing four items.
Physical Barriers (Vital Areas): The licensee failed to provide proper physical barriers to an individually controlled access area.

Detection Aids: An inspector was able to circumvent intrusion detection sensors in certain areas.

Lighting: One area of the protected area had the lighting level lower than that which is specified by the security plan.
