o ENCLOSURE C0!EENTS ON BELLEFONTE GUARD TRAINING PLAN Introductory Comment In order to find the training and qualification plan acceptable, the following information must be incorporated into the appropriate sections of the plan.

Soecific Comments 1.3 Revise this section to commit to the physical examination within the 30 day period preceding the demonstration of physical fitness.

Task 16 State the minimum passing score for qualifying with the rifle (S3!.').

General Comments Sections 3.1 thru 3.8 of NUREG-0674 identify crucial security force functions and duties. All of the information described in these functions and duties m'ust be added into the appropriate existing tasks in Chapter 6 of the plan and, where necessary, in new tasks. The current references to security procedures should be deleted.
