I 1.0 PURPOSE 1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to provide a mechanism for plant staff personnel, NRC licensed individuals, and licensing candidates to be made aware of facility design changes, procedure changes, facility license changes, and applicable information disseminated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or plant staf f (See i, of Attachment I).
2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 The Plant Manager has overall responsibility for the implementation of this procedure.
2.2 The Assistant Plant Manager and the Nuclear Support Manager are responsible to ensure that all personnel under their cognizance comply with the requirements of this procedure.
2.3 The Of fice Services Supervisor is responsible for distributing to the Training and Administrative Saperintendent the following:
2.3.1 Change notices regarding the issuance of revisions to E01's, 101's, ARI's, and SOI's 2.3.2 Plant administrative and section procedures lg 2.4 The Technical Superintendent is responsible for distributing to the Training and Administrative Superintendent the following:
2.4.1 NRC IE Bulletins 2.4.2 NRC IE Circulars 2.4.3 NRC IE Notices 2.4.4 Plant Design Changes 2.4.5 License Event Reports 2.4.6 Incident Reports 2.4.7 Operating License Changes 2.4.8 Technical Specification Changes 2.4.9 GGNS FSAR Revisions 2.5 Managers, Section Supervisors, Superintendents are responsible for:

I 2.5.1 Ensuring that the items, which he deems applicable, listed in sections 2.3 and 2.4 are read by his personnel on a six month periodicity prior to fuel load and on a two year periodicity commencing six months af ter fuel load.
2.5.2 Ensuring that his personnel accomplish the required reading and document the same as expeditiously as possible.
2.5.3 Ensuring that Attachment II is properly completed and returned to the Training and Administrative Superintendent so that training record entries may be completed.
2.6 The Training and Administrative Superintendent is responsible for:
2.6.1 Disseminating all appropriate information contained on Attachment I, which is applicable to GGNS NRC Licensed candidate personnel.
2.6.2 Ensuring that the information from the Required Reading-Seminar Report ( Attachment II) routed to him is entered into each individual's training record.

5.2 ARI - Alarm Response Instruction 5.3 101 - Integrated operating Instruction 5.4 E01 - Emergency Operating Instruction 5.5 NRC - Nuclear Regulatory Commission 6.0 DETAILS 6.1 The Training and Administrative Superintendent shall route required reading material to NRC license candidates / license holders or provide seminars, as appropriate, on the required reading material. When the material is routed, it will be accompanied by Attachment II.
6.2 Section Supervisors / Superintendents will route procedures they deem applicable to their cognizant personnel along with Attachment II.
6.3 The Supervisor / Superintendent, for the responsible organization receiving the Required Reading - Seminar Report, shall sign and date the form at the completion of the required reading seminar.
his signature certifies that the required action has been satisfactorily completed.
If a seminar is conducted by Training, the assigned instructor will certify satisfactory completion.
6.4 The individual performing the required reading will initial beside his name upon completion of the required reading.
6.5 If a section Supervisor / Superintendent desires that a training seminar be conducted by the Training Group on a particular document, a memo requesting such a seminar should be sent to the Training and Administrative Superintendent along with. list of all personnel who will be attending the seminar.
6.6 The completed Required Reading - Semi tr Report shall be sent to the Training and Administrative Superintcadent who will have the appropriate entries made in the participating individuals' training record in accordance with Reference 3.4.
