Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, GPU Nuclear Corporation (GPUN), operator of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station and Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station requests a change to each plant's Operating License. Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which confirms service to the senior official of the townships in which the facilities are located.
By References 1 and 2 above, the NRC-approved license conditions added an Integrated Schedule Plan for both the TMI-I and OC facility operating licenses.
The " Plan for the Long Range Planning Program" (the Plan) was also approved; and, changes to the Plan must be submitted for NRC approval and issuance of a subsequent license amendment to reflect the date of the revised Pl an. The proposed license amendments serve: to revise the Plan by changing the semi-annual reporting period to annual, and to reflect refined evaluation criteria and assessment methodology; and, to incorporate the necessary changes to the license condition wording. No Technical Specifications are affected by the proposed license ~ amendments.
