NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE i

The plant operated during the month of December 1998 with a Unit Availability Factor of 100.0% and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 100.2%. There were no -

challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves or Safety Valves. Reductions in Capacity Factorwere negligible.
