NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-302/98-07
Dear Mr. Cowan:
This refers' to the inspection conducted on June 21 through August 1. 1998, at
the Crystal River facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that
inspection.
During the ins)ection period, your conduct of activities at your Crystal River
. facility was characterized by safety-conscious operations and prompt response
to problems as they were ideritified.
Within the scope of the inspection. violations or deviations were not
identified.

During the inspection period, the NRC received a response dated August 17,
1998, to Notice of Violation 50-302/98-05-02. We have evaluated your response
and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the
implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of-the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room
(PDR).
