REQUEST FOR HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION OF NEXTERA ENERGY POINT BEACH, LLC FOR POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 (DOCKET NOS. 50-266 and 50-301)
The Office of the Secretary received a request for hearing in response to the subsequent license renewal application of NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC for Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-266 and 50-301), which was published in the Federal Register at 86 Fed. Reg. 6684 (January 22, 2021). The pleading was submitted via E-filing on March 23, 2021, by Terry J. Lodge, on behalf of Physicians for Social Responsibility Wisconsin.
