Before the Board is a joint motion for correction of the official transcript of the June 22, 2021 oral argument submitted by the NRC Staff, on behalf of itself, NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC, and Physicians for Social Responsibility Wisconsin (collectively, the Participants).1 The Participants request that the Board issue an order correcting the official transcript of the oral argument as set forth in the attachment to the joint motion.2 The Board has reviewed the transcript of the oral argument and the Participants proposed corrections. The Board hereby adopts the proposed corrections, with certain additional corrections,3 as set forth in the Appendix to this Order. The Board finds the corrections, as listed in the Appendix to this Order are necessary to ensure that the transcript accurately reflects the statements made during the oral argument.
