10 Electric herewith submits Revision 11 (enclosed) of the CPSES Technical Requirements Manual (TRH). Enclosed.are the following documents:
Technical Requireme~ts Hanual 1 signed (and sworn) original Revision 11 and 10 copies i Attachment (2) contains a page by page descript' ion of the changes. -ns has been the TV Electric practice in the past several-TRH revisions, all changes 't described in the attachment have been evaluated for relative significance.
In addition, all changes applicable to CPSES Units 1 and 2 have been ;
reviewed under the TV Electric 100FR50.59 protess and found not to include .
any "unreviewed safety questions.'
TRH Revision 11 is being issued on February 3. 1993, and will be executed at i 2:00 p.m. on the same date.
