Purpose Summarize audit activities, the information reviewed, the status of information need closeouts, and anticipated timeline for receipt of additional submittals from Kairos.

Audit Activities as described in Audit Plan - ML22056A064 Week 1 Scheduled Sessions
- approximately 16 sessions covering most EIS review areas and 78 information needs NRC Staff Review of Supporting Information via the Kairos Online Portal Weeks 2 and 3 Follow Up Discussions
- NRC staff develop Requests for Confirmatory Information (RCIs)
Close Out Status of Information Needs 78 Information Needs
- 52 items were closed through audit discussions and review of supporting documents
- 5 items resulted in Kairos agreement to supply additional information to the docket
- 21 items resulted in Requests for Confirmatory Information
Conditional Closeout For now, the staffs information requests have been met, conditional upon staff review of supplemental submittals Kairos has agreed to provide.
An audit summary report will be issued in the coming weeks.
Should new information be identified through a scoping comment or other means, it is possible the staff would require additional information from Kairos.
