1.0 The primary function of the District is to serve our customers well and at the lowest rates commensurate with a high standard of service; to conduct our business with q'p courtesy, efficiency, and dispatch; to treat our customers fairly and without discrimination; and to deal frankly and openly vith the public at all times. -

2.0 Safety and safe practices in all vork assignments and plant operations is a firm requirement.

3.0 Allpersonnelareexpectedtoconkuetthemselves in a manner commensurate with the high degree of personal and nuclear safety required by nuclear power plants.

(2) The information cannot be release in sufficient detail to address the allegation without compromising the identity of a confidential source.

(3) The licensee could compromise a future investigation / inspection because of knowledge gained from the release of information, especially if wrongdoing is involved.

(5) The allegation is made against the licenses, management or those parties who would normally receive and address the allegation.

(6) The licensee, applicant or vendor has displayed an inability to "self investigate" the type of information provided.

(7) The alleger has voiced persuasive objections over the release of the allegation to the licensee.

(8) The allegation is based on intelligence from another governmental agency, which does not approve of the information being released in a referral.

(9) The allegation does not warrant follow-up and/or the allegation is frivolous in nature.
