In particular. I am looking f or any and all records, reports and notices - including inspector notes - on fines levied, safety violationse licensee events or accidents, emergency plant shutdowns or s crams, single component failures, assessments of licensee p e rf o rm an c e , personnel errors, operator errors, security breaches, sabotage incidents and drug use among nuclear workers, from 1980 to present, pertaining to the foJIowing plants: the Duane Arnold Energy Center in Palo. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withold any materials.
The FOI Act provides for waiver or reduction of research and duplication fees if disclosure could be considered as primarily benefitting the general public.
