Current as of June 1988 Note to State Officials:

The purpose of this document is to inform you of the distribution within the States of NRC documents related to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Amendments Act of 1985 (1985 Ar.endments Act). NRC documents, such as policy statements, Congressional testimony, proposed rules, and NUREGs (NRC reports), have been distributed as appropriate to State Liaison Officers, radiation control program directors, and others on the low-level radioactive waste compact distribution. This document includes a listing of the officials in your State, and as appropriate, in a regional compact in which your State is a member, to whom NRC will send all pertinent NRC documents related to low-level radioactive
