NOTICE OF WITliDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR OPERATING LICENSES The Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc., and Wabash Valley Power Asso-ciation, Inc., by their Motion to Terminate Proceedings dated April 4, 1985, have requested withdrawal of their application for licenses to operate the Marble Hill Nuclear Cenerating Station, Units 1 and 2, a two-unit pressurized water reactor at its site located in Saluda Township, Jefferson County, Indiana.
A copy of the Motion to Ter:ainatc Prcceedings is available for inspection in the NRC's Public Document room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Cn Noven>ber 3,1986 the Atomic Saft und Licensing Board issued a memorandum and Order Terminating the Operating License Proceeding (LBP-86-37). The Nuclear Regulatory Commission grants the applicants' request for withdrawal of this application.
Notice of receipt of the application was published in the Federal Register on March 25, 1983 (48 FR 12609).
