Paul Blanch Chairman Jackson -
Paul Blanch called this morning to schedule a meeting with you. He had just received the letter from Bill Russell (signed by Roy Zimmerman) which was dated February 22.
Mr. Blanch said he will be in Washington for NRR's Regulatory Information Conference on Tuesday, April 9, and asked, if possible, to arrange the meeting for that date. I have done so - the time is 3:00 p.m. on April 9.
